Order Process: Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or its price. We only consider an order confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Winter Decor Store is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to your purchases.

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety, quality, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Christmas Home Fragrance products (e.g., candles, diffusers)
• Any Christmas Cocktails & Spirits
• Any Christmas Wine
• Personalized or monogrammed items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
