At Winter Decor Store, we want your holiday experience to be as magical and stress-free as possible. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you envisioned. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with festive cheer and your convenience in mind.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Christmas Home Fragrance products (e.g., opened candles, diffusers)
  • Christmas Cocktails & Spirits (for health and safety reasons)
  • Christmas Wine (for legal reasons)
  • Any personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Returns: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  5. Exchanges: For a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a damaged item).

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Winter Decor Store is not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the festive faux-pas and swiftly send a replacement at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
