Some of our one-of-a-kind felt and wool Christmas ornaments are made by artisans in rural India working with the ARKE foundation. Part of the Lady Bamford Charitable Trust, ARKE supports traditional crafts in developing communities, ensuring secure incomes and self-sufficiency for villagers.

The trust was founded in 2001 with the simple objective of helping people from the most disadvantaged quarters in India access a better quality of life. Its focus has always been to support women and children in vulnerable communities.
