Made using pasteurised milk from our herd of British Friesians, who roam our lush organic pastures. Aged for at least 9 months, it develops a distinct full flavour. Awards include silver at The British Cheese awards 2012; Bronze at the Global Cheese Awards 2012 and a Great Taste Award 2011. Our cheddar is made with animal rennet.
