Cotswold Green No 1 Alcohol Free Gin

This is a non-alcoholic drink to treat like gin with a classic blend of botanicals. Juniper and citrus notes play a significant part of the flavour, delivering a smooth and clean taste. In the traditional distillation process, spring water is purified even further whilst extracting the natural oils from the botanicals, resulting in a very subtle cloudy appearance. The extracted oils are deliberately retained to help deliver a fuller flavour without the need to add any flavours, post distillation. Cotswold Green No.1 has been developed by WC Fowler & Sons in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire – the first non-alcoholic spirit from the Cotswolds.
